Prolly doesn't have their number

I know that it replaces your phone if it's broken/stolen but I wanna mainly know is do I have to get the same phone or will they let me upgrade to a different phone.
-
I would hope that if you are willing to pay the difference that they would let you upgrade, but cell phone companies tend to be silly about stuff sometimes. GL either way!

The insurance will only pay for the phone you have and you have to pay the deductible. You will not get a discount on a new phone unless you are due for an upgrade.
-
This - It is usually around $50 deductible. They will also have you send in the phone unless you lost it. Call Asurion thats what most cell providers use.

Ight thanks, so lame the $50 is more then what my phone cost, I had the rumor which I got it for free, prolly just folk up 100 more and get the BB tour off ebay.
