I braised a pheasant in chicken stock, wine, apples etc yada yada.
The liquid left over is really tasty. Can I eat that as a soup or can I die? Not sure and couldn't find online. Turning to OT as a last resort -
i dont think you can die. maybe just save the broth for the next meal you cook?
o yea lets see some pics please im hungry -
lol I already ate it :(

But basically it was braised pheasant in a Mushroom Apple Marsala Cream Sauce. Side of Creamed Corn (done myself) with dill and red pepper. -
If the liquid is cooked it should be fine

You braised a pheasant in a mushroom apple marsala cream sauce. Creamed your own corn with dill and red pepper. And you're not sure if the leftover drippings are edible. Anyone who is smart enough/skilled enough to make all the above described dish, is also smart enough/skilled enough to make a homemade gravy with the drippings or save the stock for a soup. You know damn well those drippings were edible.

Yea I make my own gravy outta drippings but I was thinking Pheasant is different/My brother scared me "What if we die from this being a game bird and all" and I never really put 2 and 2 together.

When I was in Paris the best meal I had was scallops with a Bacon Jalapeno cream sauce. pff like 2 scallops tho. I have a pic on my phone but SD card not working or some BS. Not that you care apparently... -
if you cooked it to 160-170 degrees you'll be fine.
