    my brother is a ranger (not with them now). When he went to ranger school he was prob 200lbs of muscle when he was done he prob lost 30-35lbs and it took him a while to recover.
    When I was in north carolina two summers ago to visit him I got to meet the guy who the best ranger comp. (he and my bro are good friends). I'm pretty sure the school is hell but it needs to be imo.

    I don't think I can give you any real helpful tips from my friend who went. If you look up Gung Ho in the dictionary, his picture would be in there. He loved just about every minute of it. So I guess the most helpful advice is all about your attitude going in.
