If one is looking for somewhere a bit more "upscale", my parents swear by Hilton Head.

Been to Hilton Head, Very nice spot... but if I remember correctly it was nothing but old ppl.

I came to post either Hilton Head Island or Myrtle Beach.
And when I went to Hilton Head, there were definitely some old people, but there were plenty of bars and enough younger crowd, too. -
You are running a risk in Myrtle that time of year....could be nice but defin could be cold.
We used to do Myrtle and had to switch to later in the year....was well worth it.
Go further south than Myrtle. -
Putt putt is open 365 a year
-
i suggest going somewhere with a casino nearby as well
-
then you didn't do it right.
It might also be the strip club capital of the world and theres a bar like every other building, not to mention broadway at the beach, with all the college girls/tourists its pretty awesome. And Murrels Inlet is like 20 min away and another great bar scene.
You might actually be the first person I've met claiming Myrtle Beach to be boring. -
Came in here to post MB or Hilton Head, but tbh in February the weather is crazy unpredictable in NC and SC, you could 60s or you could see 20s.....so that said I'd just go on down to FL.

As far as the strip club capital, was MB gains in quantity it massively lacks in quality IMO, also +1 to overpriced avg food, only place I will eat in MB consistently is Benjamins Calabash (the one with the big killer whale logo) probably my favorite seafood buffet under $40. -
I mean the food is whatever, when I lived there I was 21-23 and food was not that big of a deal for me as I would just eat like a normal college kid (whichever chain restaurant had the best deal that night ie: half priced wings at bdubs, or buy one large pizza get one free etc). The strip clubs might not be the best but I usually went there at about 2 am when I was really drunk after Broadway at the Beach, and there was one within like every 5 miles or so.

But yeah I didn't realize this was for Feb, def might be too cold, weather is huge hit or miss that time of year. Fla looks like the best option. -
