Do you even comprehend what happened in that thread? UD posted a title saying that TARP had been repaid, posted a portion of an article that could be misinterpreted to seem like that title was true, and omitted the rest of the article which clearly proved his assertion to be false. He posted that " we made a small profit on it" about 194 mill being paid, and 190 being owed, intentionally failing to realize, that AFTER the 194 mill was paid that 190 was STILL owed, therefore making the entire premise of his thread false. When called out on this deliberate attempt at deceit, he just claims that magically that part of the article wasn't there when he copied it.(even without that part of the article, it is still not difficult to realize his assertion was BS). He doesn't comment on his "misinterpretation" and false assertion, but he does acknowledge that it was false in his reply to me "yep". Knowing how much he studied all this shit, I refuse to believe that he actually didn't know Tarp was for more then 190 mill. He just seen an opportunity to trick the rightys, which he usually got away with.

This is the kind of thing UD did consistently. Deceit was a key ingredient in the way he went about his arguments, he liked to make shit up in the midst of his arguments and see if anyone would catch it.

The point of me posting this was just an example I remembered that displays the typical way UD operated.

Half of his threads were deliberate troll attempts to catch "righty's" in a contradiction or something like that.
If you seriously don't remember his consistent intentional misleading, then I don't know what else to say.

Actually had this discussion with some coworkers that "can't relate" to Romney after alienating half of the country.

I was surprised they when I brought up that they are part of the group he says he is trying to work for. Somehow there have been lines drawn that people instantly think of rich folk when they hear about the 47%.

Of course now they all incorrectly assume I'm voting for Romney.

I hear he is running in circles 5 hours/day getting in shape for post election economic discussions with Dyz.
