  1. good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  2. weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

i can't wait to help the terrorists win.
  3. Today is a turning point in american politics for sure.

This may be a good thing or a bad thing?
  4. obviously bad as the terrorist are winning.
  5. good
  6. Very, very good. Now we just need to get rid of the dipshit running the country and time to turn things around. I'm not at either end for a party but I feel there are many changes that should be made.
  7. I think most people are Independent in values, but the Independent party is so weak
  8. What exactly do u think will be changed?
  9. everyone is going to turn into a ghey and get married and there will never be kids again
  10. not much prolly, but we get to watch a bunch of cool inquiries and investigations into what the bush admin has done the past 6 years.
  11. so instead of fixing stuff we will have to find out what Bush did wrong instead of making changes...Brilliant!
  12.
  13. vote shipped osama, ty. glad i could help oust santorum and that scumbag curt weldon.
  14. never said it would help fitz, but it would be good tv i guess.
  15. lol, I love how that ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ is the only thing Republicans are saying. Like they don't really have any other arguments to go with for their own party, so they just say that if you vote in the Democrats, you're voting for terrorists to win.

  16. why is it a turning point?
  17. it will make stocks go up
  18. This election is obviously not a turning point, it's a mid-term. There probably won't be much change since a split legistature/executive branch won't accomplish much in 2 years. What will be interesting, if indeed the Democrats take control of Congress, will be what will be the focus for the next 2 years...fingerpointing or real moves for change/progress.

If it's the latter then the general election in 2 years may well be a mandate, if it's the former then 1) further confirmation that all politicians are stupid and 2) it will be a really good show in 2008.

  19. This is turning into such a glorious beatdown.
  20. Lame (as can be) Duck George Bush will resist every initiative that a Democratically controled House and probably Senate puts forth until the Republican nominee for '08 tells him to chill and back away from the spotlight.

Not much will change right away however, the Democtrats will show a great deal more backbone going into that election clearly defining the issues and what they will focus on. With Hillary Clinton as the Democratic nominee, her ability to articulate her position will go a long way toward shaping the future.
  21. Hillary will not win, if the Democrats want any chance to win in 2008, they need a different canidate.
  22. OMFG i dont care who wins R or D but please for the love of christ do not let Hillary Clinton become president
  23. 10 termer in PA area lost...curt weldon
  24. ^^^ Completely agree, I am a fairly liberal Dem, but I would not vote for her.
  25. my curt weldon memory dates back to 9/11. he was a TOTAL boob on kyw 1060. blaming whole thing on clinton(this was about 1 in the afternoon).
  26. earlybird discussed a good pres/vp combo earlier....
  27. Which was??
  28. Cnn.com says dems win house
    senate tied
  29. Hillary won't even be the democratic nominee so we have nothing to worry about. We will never see a female president in our time, probably not even a president of another race than white either. I'm not saying that either of these two are bad things (well the woman maybe) but it just won't happen.
  30. watch fox..its sooo much more interesting
