They have a promo code to take 80% off their already discounted gift certificates today. So you can get $25/50 gift cards for roughly $2-4 dollars. PROMO CODE:GIVE
-
Picked these up not too long ago at 90%. Wait till closer to Black Friday.
-
I think it is 35$ to use a 25$ gift card, so ultimately, you are paying 12-15 OUT OF POCKET for a $35 dinner.. Also, the difference between the 80-90% is only going to be 1-2 dollars. I've also noticed that when I hear about the 90% codes, all the good restaurants sell out really quick!
-
I've used these at Hollywood Casino in Tunica before. Spend $35, save $25 at their diner. Pretty decent food for cheap.
-
i've used these before and they work just fine with no hidden stipulations. the only thing that comes with these is a stigma that you are a cheapass and won't tip so a lot of times the restaraunt either adds 18% or "reminds" you to tip on the original total. so i usually tip 25% so when i come back next time with one the service won't be all shitty thinking im some dutch jew about to 5% their asses.

Reason: for the non-readers **THIS IS LEGIT** -
So I've never heard of this before is it legit?
-
Love restaurant.com...last year on Black Friday I purchased 5 $25 gift certificates for $5 and just last week we went out and had 2 steaks for $60 and the bill ended up being $35.
So, hopefully they have 90% off again this year because I will probably buy 10 more. -
I have never found a restaurant on there within a 25 mile drive that I would even think about eating at. I just checked again and they list the most garbage places ever. I wouldn't eat at most of them for free and I'm not even joking. I'll pass.
-
Pristine little cunt arent you?
-
There are a ton of places I would never eat at. Some are real shit holes and you know they are dirty as hell in the kitchen. Plus you hear about how the food sucks there. Well when I type in my zip code on that site those are the only places that show up. I stand by my comments.
-
They are good.
I use them at the sports bar when Skins aren't on TV.
Get like 4 meals , appetizer for 20 bucks.
So we will eat breakfast...watch the skins lose then buy lunch and take it home. -
No but they are in a local coupon type book that is buy one get one up to I think $20. Gets used a bunch.
-
Any come up for that place Charlie Horse? I don't know about the food, but the bar was fun.

Nope. Yeah the bar there is great. My kid loves the game room there. The food isn't bad. Nothing great but for something like a burger or nachos it's a good spot.
-
I got my ass kicked in ski ball there by my date...maybe thats why I haven't seen her since.
-
so is Restaurant.com legit?? just wanna double confirm!
http://dealnews.com/Restaurant.com-c...es/426974.html
another deal i think -
completely legit
-
Awesome, thx! Do you know what the CASH ONLY part of
Minimum purchase of $200. 18% Gratuity added prior to discount. Valid for Cash ONLY.
means? that i can only pay the difference b/t the bill and gift certificate in cash? -
Probably so. The terms vary a bit from restaurant to restaurant. I suspect that this place just doesn't want to have to pay CC fees on top of the discounts they're already giving you so you'll have to pay cash. I haven't used a certificate with that stipulation before, or if I have the servers have missed it as well.
-
Cool, that makes sense.
-
You may also want to call the restaurant you're buying for before ordering. The site is sometimes slow to remove a place that's no longer a partner. Restaurant.com will exchange your certificate for another place if this happens, but why be bothered if you can avoid it with a phone call?
-
ive used it before, 100% legit, lota places are sort of cheap but there are lota nice restaurants too,
