This is when we realized it was you and Danny. We knew
what you are capable of, and even Teresa called me and told me
that when she left you and didnt want a relationship that you
had people stalking and breaking into her home IN
AUSTRALIA, and that she nearly commited suicide, and that
her brother was beat half to death. She had to move over a
1000 miles and see a shrink just to get over it. She also saved
all the emails that you gave her incriminating yourself about
how you steal the old peoples meds at your job and give one
person someone elses meds hoping they die...and these emails
are secure by the way. Same email explains how you steal
anything you want from them there as well...something you
went to jail for on mulitple occacions while I was growing up.
Heck I remember a full bowl of chopped up drivers licences
when I was fifteen.

A week after you left, Paul and I were followed and had a car
outside our house, 24 hours a day, until finally I bought
binoculars and staired back at the truck, just to have one guy
flip me off and the other guy driving, take off fast. Then they
never sat in that spot again. That was after a full week of
different vehicles sitting there. Then we searched and payed
people to search for any evidence of tampering. Our home had
been broken into more than once, and most likely every time
that we left home during December. I had countless weird men
coming up to me in CVS, Aliante Casino, telling me that "being
chipped is a good thing", and "wouldnt you feel safer if your
parents had you chipped with rfid, you still should think
about it". That same weekend Paul was offered 2 cigarettes by a guy talking to talk all nice to him, at the CVS, and the guy left in a black F-150 truck. Paul took those down and
spent over $300 to get them tested. Later on, after our escape,
that same bald, tall man, in the same black F-150 truck, would
put a gun to M.B. and M.S.'s head at an intersection,
demanding information on our location, in which M.B. sped
off through a red light. but lets get back to the timeline...

Once our internet wasn't working, and after we found 5 bugs in
our home and one in all 4 of our vehicles, Paul decided we have
no choice but to flee. I didnt want this at first, but then I
caught a scumbag putting something in my food at the casino
and walking away, I agreed, ran home and we started to plan on
how we would flee. Someone had also been caught doing the
same thing at a Buffalo Wild Wings when Paul was with Travis
getting him power of attny.
On December 21st I called you...because I needed you to still
think that I wasnt on to you. I told you that we were planning
a camping trip on the 27th with T.A. and his family. The point
of this phone call was to be on record. Paul already knew
exactly what you would do, down to a tee, and he was correct,
in how you would respond once we attempted to flee the
umbrella of watch we were under, and boy was my man right
lol. Paul called a confrence on the 21st with me, Travis, and the
lawyer who did our power of attny. He laid out exactly what
would happen. First thing was he needed Travis to have power
of attny or he would be arrested on site later on. 2nd thing was
to have a record of my phone call to you.
On December 22nd, at around noon we posted on
facebook, (so that you would see it and think we were still
clueless) that we were having a couple come over for dinner
and getting their SUV packed with camping equipment for our
big trip. They came over that evening, and at 10pm we put on their clothes, and hid
Aiden, and took their car and left town as fast as we could.
They stayed the night and luckily were unharmed.

Paul had mentioned in the meeting that I had to make that
phone call to you so that you would be caught in your next lie,
which you hadnt even made yet. Paul again was right. Paul set
up a moving company to be at the house at 10am, so that
Travis and his crew could immediately move out our stuff and
get it to safety. He knew that you would get wind of this and
immediately call the authorities...and you did. by 11am there
were police ready to arrest Travis, as he and the movers were
loading our house to a couple trucks, and had Paul not given
him power of attny he would have been arrested. Paul said that
you would most likely tell the FBI or whomever you called,
that we had been missing and unheard from in a week, WHICH
YOU DID. The cop on site told Travis that the people living
here were told to be missing for a week and that the womans
mother thinks they were murdered. Paul was right. You lied to
the authorities about the phone call WE HAD the day before!
incrinimating yourself. That phone call is on record and thats
another felony for lieing to authorities over a missing person
that isnt missing, just so you can hunt them down...something
you are good at. Paul also said in that conference that within
72 hours of us not being caught, that you would have everyone
so worked up that there would be a requirement of our faces to
show proof that we were still alive. He was right again. You
demanded photo proof of us, and had hundreds of people
convinced on facebook and elsewhere that "Paul had
kidnapped the family and you are scared for Aiden". Hence we
took a picture on December 25th of all 3 of us, with a note
stating that we were alive, the date, and also that we know who was
responsible, and left you and Danny's 3 initials at the bottom.
After this happened you took a flight to Vegas, and left a note
on M.B. and M.S.'s door saying that you would find us and
that you were coming after us, and left your same 3
initials...like an idiot...and also your fingerprints...like an
idiot...further proving that you were the ones who were guilty.
The evidence piling yet mother? let me continue...
You tresspasses onto their home left a note and a picture of
the outside of their house...just to let them know that they
better be scared, and their outside furniture was thrown around
and moved ...by the way, how ARROGANT do you have to
be to leave your INITIALS and FINGERPRINTS on a
threatening letter....the same week that your own daughter is
accusing you of trying to have her and her husband killed...
You then tried to find us in the mountains, and failed.
A week later is when M.B. and M.S. had a gun pulled on them
by the same man who tried to poison Paul. Up until this time
both of them thought Paul had lost his mind and were unsure
of what was happening. M.S. even showed up on the 21st
crying and begging Paul to get his brain x-rayed, thinking
maybe his cancer had come back for a 3rd time and that he had a brain tumor. After their
home being broke into and her having a gun at her head she
finally believed it was a real situation and called Paul's mother
in North Carolina at midnight east coast time, crying
histerically. Fianlly Wayne and Gail knew for the first time
that this was a real situation and not some joke.

In April, you had Ashlee do "PI work" as you called it on your
facebook page, and Dustin hacked into Paul's facebook and
bank accounts to see where we were. Within the hour you , being an idiot, posted on facebook that we were in some city in Tennessee, and that your PI's are "doing work"...and we had to up and move 800+ miles the next day.

Paul rehacked into his
own facebook and got the IP of the last login and gave it to
Pastor Dan. Dan spent a few bucks online and came back with the
street address of the IP address. It was Mallard Creek Rd, in
Charlotte, Ashley and Dustin's apartment. This is also on file
and they both are also going to be dealing with charges.
It was that night that I called up Ashlee and cursed her out and
told her how serious the situation was and to stop helping out
mother. We told her we were recording the conversation and
got her to promise to not help or we would later on have to
press charges on her and Dustin as well, whether or not I
wanted to. She cried for forgiveness and we told her that we
were out of the country and wanted to completely be left alone
and live our lives in peace. We had already lost all 4 of our cars,
all of our belongings, Paul's careers, Aiden's school and all of
his friends, and my job which was to help Paul at his job and
to homeschool my son (well I still do that and love it, and hes
in 4th grade at age 7, by the way). We lost EVERYTHING,
and told Ashlee that this is enough, no more.

Everything was fine until September, when you, Amy,
restarted the hunt for our location. You went to "missing
childrens" websites and apparently even called Nancy
Grace???? You are a sicko! How big of a felony is it to make
up a missing peoples page, PUT MY PICTURE WITH MY
SON ON IT, and have it on a hundred websites. At that point
anyone who sees us in any town, will run to you thinking that
they are doing a good service, and having no idea that they
would be giving me a death sentence.
I personally talked to the people in charge of the missing
peoples website and they were deeply sorry for falling for getting
con. Yet Amy kept the pictures that were made and still posts
them everywhere....

Ashlee even came on THIS THREAD, after I told her I was
okay on the phone, and lied and tried to help my mother find
us yet again! She commited her 2nd crime on this very thread...she heard
it from my own mouth that I was not only fine, but accusing
my parents of the reasons that we were on the run and off the
grid. No matter how much I tell them to stop, they keep acting
like they have no record of hearing from me....even though on
the phone calls to my sister, my mother, and my father, i told
them that i was recording the call for legal records. They still
kept going, and still haven't stopped...

You also had (HAVE STILL) a "Reward, $500 for the Location
of Paul, Jennifer, and Aiden Buchsbaum" ON FACEBOOK!
Having all of Paul's old people from his church, his school,
college, thinking that he is in danger and YOU will pay for our
safety! On your facebook you demanded that I call you and
you hear my voice just once and you will stop. So I did. I
called you in September and cursed your sadistic ass out and demanded that
you take down all the missing people photos, all the lies, all
the reward pages, and all you did was take down 1 of the 2
Reward pages.....I told you that if you didnt take them ALL
down that we would get the courage to finally take all the
dozens of email evidence, physical evidence with fingerprints,
all the "IM GOING TO KILL YOU PAUL" quotes from
March on facebook, and countless other evidence, like time of
phone calls made from me to you, followed by you lieing to
the FBI that you hadnt heard from me in a week.. everything....
and your next response the next day on facebook (smart gal
you are Amy lol) was this, and I quote...

***This messege is for PAUL BUCHSBAUM...if you read
this, or can get a message to him...tell him this "YOU BETTER
KEEP RUNNING NOW "BOY", BECAUSE IF I EVER
FIND "YOU" THE SHIT WILL HIT THE FAN!!!!! MY

Anyways, you will most likely have me and Paul killed. But
you will never raise my son. You have outed yourself and
condemned yourself in so much undeniable evidence with this
whole situation that there is no way it doesnt stand up in
court. Paul knows that once the state, federal, and civil action
starts, he will have to be off the grid at some point, unless they
continue to keep us in witness protection and can never show
up in court. Sadly this is not the likely scenario. We will, have
to testify, and Paul will no doubt be in danger if not killed at
some point for having to show up, if not me as well. But as long as you do not
ever see, or TOUCH, much less raise our son, Paul doesnt
care. He will die trying to keep me and Aiden away from you
people. We are all 3 as close as a family can be. You would
think that after 90 days of going hotel to hotel, and having to
be in eachothers faces for 300 straight days , 24/7, that we
would fight or bicker or get annoyed with one another. Given
the nature of our situation we ended up being closer now than
ever before. I will be with him until either you get him, or the
cancer gets him. And no, Danny, Im not flying with you to the
Dominican Republic...did you seriously text me DAD that you
want to take me on a vacation to the Don. Rep. and get away
from a week? Right after I told you and mom to never attempt
to find us again and to take down the missing peoples
photos?? What in the world.... is wrong....with my parents....

We are safe. Paul is getting new treatment in a place where
they offer a cheaper, and yet better effecting treatment, and
will beat his new Lukemia. He is a fighter. I love him, I love my
son, and will do anything to make sure we are safe. Neither of
us has spoken our 2 cents in on this forum, or the others that
Amy and Ashlee have been on trying to get help finding us.

The time is now to finally tell our side. It has been told and shown to the higher ups now, and finally I feel okay with clearing our name on sites where it has been trashed.
