continues to unimpress me
Why does he get mad love from some? -
where are the pics of him in a thong ?
-
People like him because he is a voice that goes against the mainstream of both parties that are currently in power.
When the two major parties in power have one major objective, to spend taxpayer money, then any voice outside of the two parties that speaks of limited government, state's rights, etc. is going to garner support from those who are disenfranchised by those in power currently. -
well said and the guy pretty much walks the walk of what he talks

Yeah I really hate politicians who actually stick to their morals. The guy didn't even vote for the PATRIOT Act, the Iraq War, or any of the bailouts! How can I trust someone who can't be bullied into a vote?! I mean the guy even votes against bills he proposes when they are attached to something he doesn't believe in. Who does that?

In all seriousness, if you aren't impressed with Ron Paul, you clearly haven't taken a look at his voting record. Even if you don't believe in the same things he does, the man takes a stand and doesn't let political bs effect how he votes. If you can't at least respect that, your priorities are pretty effed up.
