    Room available NW Las Vegas off 95 / Durango. About 22 minutes from strip. Good, safe neighborhood. Room available is big and it's going for $625 / mo, all utilities included. Month to month. Refundable deposit = $625.

    I'm looking to take my game to next level in coming months; going to be putting in ton of volume (online MTTs) before the series...

    Looking for someone with same motivation...

    I am not the landlord just one of the grinders in the house...
    If you're interested please PM poker experience and a little about yourself, and I can put you through to the landlord if you're a good candidate.

    I've rented a room in three Vegas houses: $450, $560, and $600. This one is by far the nicest esp since everyone plays poker. If you can find a poker house with a room going for $300 in a nice neighborhood, no roaches, I'm all ears...although I'm pretty happy with living arrangement right now.

    $1400 in Arlington? Do you live near 3 mile run? (The non-gentrification side obv lol...I assume the remotely decent ones over there are at least 2k)

    $9600/yr. salary for a live-in poker instructor. Sounds about right, assuming he's prepared to do some light cooking and cleaning.

    Dude it's easy to find something for less than $1400 near 3 mile run.....that shit is way too ghetto for me though. I actually live in Rosslyn and obv got a pretty damn good deal. There is plenty of stuff in the $1500-2000 range around here....

    doubt this is a real post, lol @ 300 for a room in that house in Vegas... the price is very fair when including utilities

    and cmoney, pretty sure everything is cheap in Ohio.

    I live right around there and I pay 600 before utilities...mines a 4br house though with a yard and spa. Me and 2 chicks(they share a room...hopefully bi but no evidence yet) and 1 other guy that's moving out that we're gonna need to replace. It's a little pricey after utilities but it's a fun place to live.

    I don't really get what you're saying. I screwed one of em and the other was all drunk one night saying how we're compatible and she wants a serioous relationship and shit so I told her I don't wanna wind up with drama and maybe after I move out....but what does that have to do with having evidence of them hooking up with each other? They say they don't but they're a couple of wild ones so I'm not gonna put it past em.

    For 400 more a month I would rent you my 2100 sq foot 4 bdroom w/pool on culdasac. 10 mins from the strip. Its a shit hole though
