take a guy like Matt Leinart. Ken Whisenhunt gets hired by the Cards, and he should have a bit of job safety. Enough to let him go through the growing pains of a young QB like Leinart. So what does he do? everything he can to sap the confidence of his young qb. Yanking him in the red zone, etc, does not help the QB. So, for some reason, Whisenhunt needs to hand it over to Warner, who literally could be gone at any time due to injury or retirement. Then what is he left with? A middle aged (for the NFL) QB with little experience and low confidence.

I mean, you realize that 4 years from now someone is goin t olook at their team, see their young QB, and come to the conclusion that they are best with JP Losman at the helm?
