    Kid asks roommate if he can have the room all night
    roommate leaves webcam on
    roommate broadcasts the kid making out with a dude over twitter
    Kid jumps off george washington bridge

    Theres a pretty big uproar going on right now.

    the weird part is him committing suicide after posting on that gay forum. it seemed like he was ok with being gay being able to email his RA's and whatnot.

    Sucks he felt he had to kill himself but going Big Brother with the webcam if really fucking bad. I hope the roommate gets jail time for what he did and learns all about gay first hand from his prison cellmate.

    Thats fucking ridiculous. What he did was stupid and deserves to be punished for illegal recording or whatever, but you can't blame the roommate for the kid killing himself. If he's that weak willed and ashamed of himself that he kills himself over that then thats on him.

    I don't think the roommate should be blamed for the suicide but I think what he did is a serious invasion of privacy. I actually can't think of anything more invasive then streaming someone's love life to potentially millions of people. If people are in jail for smoking weed then this should get the death penalty. I f'ing hate this paparazzi culture that thinks it's ok to have cameras set up everywhere.

    I heard about this earlier. Sounds like a lifetime movie. I dated a girl who's brother tried to kill himself while dealing with being the gay. He had way more serious problems that being gay.

    The roommate will be punished, he'll be reminded the rest of his life that he pushed some guy over the edge to death. Dude had more issues than just being outed to off himself.

    Oh I wouldn't argue that he needs to be punished for the invasion of privacy part. I think the kid's a fucking clown and am down with whatever punsihment what he did entails. I just think it's ridiculous the people who blame him for the kid killing himself.
