    is it safe to mix alcohol & sleeping pills?

    i am finding i am doing this almost every night... i know, i know AA, etc, but serioulsy is this gunna kill me?

    thats what im afraid of... but honestly its the only way i can relieve stress enough to sleep...

    i go 2 school full time, work every day, have a gf and play this dumb game... no time or sleep and im stressed the fuck out.

    don't mix alcohol and sleeping pills

    And, if you can't handle school and a job, don't bother getting married, buying a house, having kids, planning for your retirement, all while working in a full commission job. I highly recommend pursuing multiple graduate degrees and investing in lottery tickets.

    Are you fucking serious? I mean... really?! Mixing alcohol and sleeping pills is idiotic. If you can't handle the stresses in your life, don't worry, keep doing what you're doing and you won't have to worry about it anymore. At least you don't plan on having kids - natural selection ftw.

    Seriously, sorry for the harshness, but wake the fuck up. If you're seriously in that bad of shape, seek professional help about your stress.

    bro, go see a psychiatrist and get some anxiety meds, etc. If you have to do this you're dealing with some heavy stuff and alcohol and drugs ARE NOT going to help...EVER. GL man, wish you the best.

    very very veryyyy fucking bad. I think the 2 chemicals mix which poisons your body, its something like that i took a class about the effect of drugs in college. Keep doing it and GG your body.

    meh i dont think caffine pills is that bad, since if all you drink is rum and cokes its about the same thing, but i would doing it to ofter.

    It's terrible. Mixing alcohol with most pills is very very bad for you.
