Or anyone for that matter. A friend sent this to me, kid looks like he has an understanding of MMA...

I've tried but it is impossible to click that link
-
from the shot, looks like some wrestling background. I would say that's all though
-
It just keeps turning blue when I click!???
Help please??? I'm worried! -
info on the video says black kid is famous actor and fight is set up...
-
He def threw the right to set up the double leg takedown, and transitioned right into the mount. I had the round 10-9, but im not mad at anyone that scored it 10-8
-
It might be the kid from role models. He had a nice take down and moved to a full mount with a quick GNP, except he was missing the P.

Like someone said above, it's almost certainly some wrestling knowledge.
I think that's highly likely for two reasons.
1.) His "technique" and his rushing in forward with the single leg. While it's true that this is also taught (to an extent) in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, some/most instructors wouldn't often teach a single leg takedown until they get a bit more into it. (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practicioners have their own methods of getting fights to the ground, but they tend to vary from wrestling techniques, but some of them are remarkably similar)
2.) While there are classes of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for his age group (same difference as an adult group, just different belt promotion system), odds are his instructor would have taught him to handle his aggression better and simply walk away from a situation such as this one. (While it's obvious that he simply may have been caught up in the heat of the moment, this is what the vast majority of instructors/senseis/miestres/sifus/whatever teach and encourage) and also wrestlers seem to have a built in aggression (not always, but a good percentage of wrestlers I know) and he seemed very, very aggressive. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is about control with minimal damage. -
What you think of how the fight went? You think he should have transitioned to an arm bar once the the kid started defending the GnP while in the mount?

I think it went how the huge majority of schoolyard fights go. Minimal damage to either kid and they got their bs aggression out and it's most likely squashed.
And I think, personally, that a situation like this should have been avoided at all costs. So, for this video, I don't think the kid should have "transitioned" to an armbar, as clearly I don't think he knows exactly what to do. Just going off pure instinct. -
OK, lol I'm not 100% sure but I think this was a big joke/setup. The black kid is the actor from role models, so the video says. I was just having fun wit it, if i thought it was serious I wouldn't make it out to be a joke. This video can actually get the school in some legal trouble considering the fight went on for like 30 secs and there were no adults in the area...
