    when will these maniacs realize that tiny reductions in CO2 in the US will save the planet errrrrrr human life on earth? They dare to try and kill us all by refusing to use blended gas made from corn cobs, plastic and kittens so we all can drown. thanks, dicks

    The fact that no one even questions the Constitutionality of such a law seems troubling to me. I'm sure those fines will grow the economy though...

    It's january 10th in Chicago and over 55 degrees outside right now. It has snowed less than 2 inches all winter. I'm thinking these scumbags need an award or something.

    If this if global warming then I'm loving it as a truck driver. If this is the way things gonna stay need to make some changes in our farming techniques and water supply systems which'll suck a bit but less idiots driving in the snow and ice is awesome.

    Does no one really give a crap about a law that penalizes companies for not using a product that isn't available yet? Of course ignore that fact that most of that fine will get paid by consumers and workers.
