    Congress to look at the Port Security Bill, and the Internet Gambling Ban

    It is our understanding that Congress may revisit the Internet Gambling Bill, due inpart to the way the bill was passed, in the dark of the night, and due to the fact that Ex Senator Bill First was paid $1,000,000.00 to his presidential Campaign Fund by Harrah's Casinos only days before the bill was passed.

    What has the Ex Senator been doing since he left office so abruptly? Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist is facing questions from the Justice Department and the Securities and Exchange Commission about his sale of stock in his family's hospital company one month before its price fell sharply.

    It was mentioned before and the consensus was that it was closer to $100,000 or it never actually happened at all.

    There are rules of style and punctuation in professional journalism.

    That blurb is an abomination to both.

    No way in hell those paragraphs would ever hit the AP wire.
