    I don't think it is by any means but it looks like it takes incredible athleticism and finesse... The ball is tiny, looks like a cross between a softball and a hacky sack..

    pretty sick sport, saw some guys playing in a tesco supermarket in thailand and wish i wasnt in flip flops bc i would have gave it a try. doubt i would have even been able to get one back over net.

    think the ball is like a woven basket like thing.



    dont even think i could get my leg up that high to do a serve, obv never doing the kill shot, could maybe do some of the receive shots or set ups.

    I think toughest is a bad word, although most challenging is much more appropriate

    mma is probably the toughest. Alpine climbing could also be thrown in to the discussion.

    It's pretty hard, and they love it here in SE Asia. That plastic ball pictured ITT is pretty tight, but those are too expensive for most people here so normally they play with rattan (basically wicker) ones



    Oh and on the "woulda played but I was in flip-flops" thing, most people play barefoot, even on hard surfaces. It's a pretty popular thing on beaches too. I completely suck (played soccer but I'm the goalie), but it's quite odd that so many people here have insane ball skills but they suck as soccer nations.

    In high school we had this one crazy gym teacher who was obsessed with obscure sports of the world, so I remember playing this back then, along with such classics as Gaelic football and waaaay too much handball. This was the only one of those obscure sports that didn't suck, but it is incredibly difficult.
