    I'm down to one card. I forget to say UNO. No one calls me on forgetting to say it. Play comes back to me and I go out. After I go out everyone says I forgot to say UNO, which I admit. My position is that once it gets back to me it nullifies my lack of saying UNO on the previous turn.

    Whats your ruling? Do I need to draw more cards, or am I the winner?

    The game continues until a player has one card left. The moment a player has just one card they must yell UNO. If they are caught by another player, the player must draw two new cards. Once a player has no cards remaining the game is over, points are scored, and the game begins over again.

    It's like a penalty in any sport, if the refs (the other players) dont call it, it never happens

    the game is called uno for the specific reason of yelling uno with one card left, i refuse to accept that rule as fact

    do the honorable thing and take the penalty op

    neither did I : ). Imo you should win, they have to call uno before you, if no one says it, it's their fault.
