shutter island ? *spoilers* only for those who have seen it

    Ok, I'm in the camp that he faked his relapse in the end during a moment of sanity because he would rather "die a good man than live as a monster."

    With that, its cool to replay some of the moments such as Ruffalo having trouble pulling his gun out at the beginning b/c hes not really a marshall, the convo they walk into when Kinglsey is portrayed as the humane psychiatrist/etc.

    Theres still 1 sequence I'm wondering about if I missed something: when Leo is interrogating the patient that seemed sane but cut her husbands head off with the ax. She scribbled "RUN" into his notebook. All I have taken out of this is she is aware that he is a patient there and is simply suggesting to him this is his only oppurtunity to get out of shutter island (while hes not detained as hes involved in the "game"). Am I missing anything, or is that all there is to it.
