    <span>I needed a replacement keyboard and some other things to be fixed, the other problem was fixed but the technician was sent a motherboard instead of a keyboard. He said he'd order another keyboard and let me know when it was replaced, but that never happened. The other problem has recurred so now I'm in need of the same parts previously ordered and a technician to come fix the problems please.</span>

    <span>None, I'm not really confident the technician fixed the problem entirely in the first place because there's been nothing that would've prompted it..needless to say I wouldn't mind having a different technician this time seeing as he never followed through with the keyboard as promised either..I'm in a different city now though so I'm assuming it's a given that it'll be a closer technician</span>

    <span>Well, I'm not really completely satisfied considering this was supposed to have been fixed a couple months ago and I'm still dealing with it. As far as the chat interaction, I think it could've been handled in a lot less than the hour it took but that's okay.</span>

    <span>..So after I responded, he just disconnected on me without saying anything. Then he calls my cell and proceeds to lecture me about why it took so long, etc….said in an annoyed tone “Other than THAT, are there any issues?” “No, bye.” GFY Dell injuns. At least I got a good laugh out of assuming Jasneet was a chick and then her supervisors name, “Sup Kiran”. So fckin repetitive and annoying though...I was so tilted at the end of this hour.</span>
  2. Customer Service in America has gone to shit, it amazes me how some of the representatives for these companies respond -
    I just moved into a new house about 6 months ago, and between Circuit City, Best Buy and Comcast it has been nothing but hell, they just don't care when things go wrong anymore.....I could tell the stories but that would take days, urgh.....
