Just got a new Droid Incredible 2 a week ago, and am beginning to delve into the app world and see what's out there. Obviously there has been some discussion in OT about apps, setups, and the old iphone vs droid argument. I for one am thrilled with the Incredible 2 by HTC and am absolutely loving it.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm looking for sort of a package of apps that OT has on their smartphones that they use regularly. Everything from things that are just really cool or fun (Barcode scanner/google shopper) to things that are useful (task killer, yet the argument is still out as to whether it does more harm than good to the battery), and other types of apps/widgets that OTers are using regularly.
Feel free to discuss any current or past apps, and also what types of settings you have your phones on to save battery/improve productivity.
Here are a few of my favorites that I've come across in this short week so far:
DoubleTwist (free)
App that effortlessly transfers what ever music you'd like directly from your iTunes Library to your phone into a nice, easy to use player on your phone. (just got a few hundred songs on my phone in a matter of a couple minutes start to finish)

Yahoo! Live Scores (free)
Find it to be a bit less glitchy than the espn scorecenter app, and overall better quality

Runkeeper (free)
Tracks everything from your heart rate, to distance traveled (using your gps) and monitors your workout efficiently

Golflogix (free)
The ultimate pocket caddy. Although it eats up a lot of battery, this is the best free golf caddy app out. Keeps all kinds of stats from GIR's to your scores on par 3's 4's and 5's and everything in between. Has a lot of local courses registered as well.

WUG OT -
Netflix app.
-
the Happy Hour app is pretty fn awesome
-
Chipotle app ftw... I get chipotle 4 times a week and the locations I go to during the lunch/dinner rush can take 30 min to get thru the line. With the app you order online in a matter of seconds, then you can go pick up your food at the front of the line and bypass wasting valuable time usually spent waiting for mediocre Mexican food
-
get the Brostache App.
-
after you have it a little while longer you realize very few apps are fun/entertaining or useful.

I am a big nerd because the app I use by far the most is a crossword app. It was like $9 and you get 5 or so puzzles a day.
