some crazy hamburgers i made like 2 weeks ago (pics obv)

    more than likely i saw this posted somewheres but i dont know for sure so until im proved wrong ill say it was my idea lol.

    anyways ive been up north for like 2 weeks (cottege summer house whatever you want to call it) and i decided to cook these pizza burgers with the sauce and cheese enclosed into the middle

    i took about a pound and a half of hamburger and made a big burger with the middle like a bowl.

    then i put mozzerella cheese, spagetti sauce, and bacon in it.



    i then took the 2 top peices and put then over and tried my best to make a seal

    i left then on the tin foil incase they broke apart or leaked



    flipping them was pretty easy, just make sure the bottems are cooked enough or they will fall apart



    finished product:



    it acutally turned out pretty good. the burger didnt come apart and 95% of the shit stayed in the burger. i should have put sauce and cheese on top of the burger as well but next time.

    the only thing i should have done differently is figure out how to get the sides of the burger to cook. they werent raw but they were still pretty damn pink.

    ima try this with other ingredients and see if it works out better

    You'll figure out how to make them smaller. Once you do they are much much better.

    not gonna lie, was disappointed not to see a final pic with the middle of the finished product to determine if I thought that looked good or kinda gross

    does that grill spin?

    i saw a bigger and better version of that grill on the travel channel. if it does spin i want one of those so fkn bad.

    the inside of the burger was great, the cheese was melted all nice.

    the grill doesnt spin on its own, but it does if you twirl it
