    If the attack was motivated by race, this would probably be a hate crime in whatever state this is. Doubt hate crime legislation specifies it has to be a minority.

    killing people is getting off too easy. I think the victim should be allowed to repeatedly kick each criminal in the sack for a few days. I guess torture is illegal, but it would be a way better deterant than the death penalty

    They were probably just standing their ground... If that guy was walking in my neighbourhood with a 6 pack Id probably do the same thing

    Seems like any time a black person in the Nati gets killed especially by a white person or police you see a bunch of black people on the news rallying together crying out for justice and all sorts of shit. Group of black kids jump some old white guy and the momma says they really are good kids they only did it because of peer pressure. OK lol

    yeah, theres a ridiculous double standard with black people that just won't go away. they want equality, we want equality, but when anything bad happens, the argument is always, 'but... racism'.

    i mean, on nbc during olympics, right after bob costas was going on about how that gabby whatever her name is, is a big hero, nbc cut to commercial and some commercial aired with a monkey doing gymnast bars. as if it was some nefarious plan to say that black people look like monkeys, when im sure the commercial to be aired was not planned in such a way, and im sure most normal people saw the commercial and though, awwwwww what a cute monkey. but of course because of some idiots out there in the world who still like to compare black people to monkeys, the non-racist people don't get to enjoy a good monkey doing gymnastics video without the media telling us that it was racist or sloppy of nbc to air such a commercial.

    fuck, its 2012, can't we just enjoy life without having to assume everything is racist. if i eat a banana in front of a black guy, am i being insensitive? if i give a black guy daps, am i being racist because im assuming that black people love to pound fists, or am i being harmless because I LIKE TO. the less racist our society becomes, the more we become reverse racist
