    I'm 26 and I was only one when this movie (An American Tale) came out, but no matter how many times I hear it I still feel like I'm a little kid again. Just curious to see what songs OT grew up on as a kid...

    This was the first CD I ever got for myself...to this day I'm not sure why or how I got it, but I loved it




    This was the CD my mom constantly sang along to around the house




    Anything from either will instantly remind me of my single-digit years.

    My mom was a huge country music fan. Charlie Pride, Johnny Cash, Tammy Whynette, but i'll go with this George Jones classic.



    Almost forgot this ... my uncle promised to buy me a saxophone if i could learn to play this when i started high school - unfortunately for him, i learned to play it in my first year lol. Thanks uncle Ray :)

    First CD I ever owned, borrowed the tape from a friend on a third grade bus trip to the Smithsonian museums in DC. Listened to it all the way there and back. Can't help but thinking of childhood when I hear it.

    My parents would listen to music all the time and a lot of the stuff they played reminds me of being a kid. My mom listened a lot to 10,000 Maniacs, X, The Talking Heads, Bonnie Raitt and The Doors. My dad would always listen to Madonna's Greatest hits and Steve Winwood
