  1. meatballs
    1 lb beef
    1 egg
    bread crumbs
    garlic
    salt and pepper
    parsley
    oregano
    basil
    parmesan romano

    sauce
    1 chopped onion
    garlic (i go heavy on the garlic)
    olive oil
    2 cans of whole tomatoes peeled
    1 can diced italian tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste (6oz)
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp salt
    salt and pepper
    oregano
    basil

    1. make the meatballs (should be self explanatory). cover and chill.


    2. in large saucepan over med. heat saute onions and garlic until onion is translucent. stir in whole tomatoes, diced tomatoes, salt, sugar oregano, basil and bay leaf. cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 90 mins.


    3. stir in tomato paste and meatballs and simmer an additional 30 min.


    4. top with more parmesan romano enjoy!

  6. I was actually excited to open this one lol.

    Now do you throw the meatballs in the oven at all before you put them in the sauce? Or do you let the sauce cook them?

    Also, i love making meatballs, and eating bites of the mixed meat and other shit raw. Dont hate, that shit is delicious.

  17. Here's my bolognese sauce (meatsauce), i can't remember the recipe right off hand, but it looks similar to Mrs. Robinson's and it's delish...the meat is ground pork (my stomach turns knots with sausage) and ground beef

    I made lasagna with mine











    Let the sauce simmer and reduce, what makes it ever better is refrigerating overnight
