1. Sportsbook.com gave me $25 through the whole Paradise Poker deal, and I'm ready to gamble. My winnings are also doubled if 1) Ben Roethlisberger throws 226-250 yards and 2) Antonio Gates has the most receiving yards in the game. I have to rollover the $25 20 times so I'm just gonna try to go on a sick run doubling up a few times. I'm not a huge NFL fan, so I honestly don't know what I'm doing. Who should I bet on and what should I bet (money line or whatever the regular one is)?
  2. I have the Chargers at the half : -1/2 straight

    I also have a 4 team teaser : Cincy +9
    under 44
    SD +3
    Over 39.5
** First two covered already , were some desperate moments after the ATL game yesterday ...lol
  3. Sportsbook.com has it at -1.5 but it sounds good to me.

  4. Boy I don't know, I'm a converted Chargers believer the last couple weeks, especially after the pasting they did to NE last week. Tomlinson is the best player in the NFL right now, bar none. I don't know how you gameplan to stop them especially with their offensive line playing so well which is doing a great job of getting to the next level and getting chip blocks on LB's. You can't bring 8 guys in the box because McCardell and Parker are good enough to burn you in one on one coverage, or you risk Gates running free on a slant pattern and housing it. Or Tomlinson can sneak out in the flat and there is NO way in hell you can tackle him one on one in the open field. SD's defense however, just needs to get a couple stops because the offense has been putting everyone behind the 8 ball so quickly it allows the Chargers to pin their ears back and bring lots of pressure. I'm not sold on SD's secondary, Jammer is a nice physical corner, but he's going to get his lunch handed to him by Ward, Randel El, & Co. This is the best defense SD has faced all year, but if I was forced to wager I gotta bet SD @ home until proven otherwise. I can see this game ending up 28-24 or 24-20.
  5. Looks like everyone likes San Diego, that is what makes me think that the Stealers will win out right. Something about Cowern and Monday nights, he just gets the job done. I'll just have to wait and see what the expert says.
  6. F the expert..... lol

Lock : SD -1/2 a point at halftime Book It !!!!!

Also , early pick next week : Take the G-men and the points..... we're gonna hand Dallas their asses next week.
Thats right Tsupa ...... hand you your asses.
  7. SAN DIEGO -3 IS THE PLAY ON MONDAY NIGHT.......THEY ARE THE MUCH BETTER TEAM.....PLUS HERES A STAT THAT MEANS SOMETHIN.......ON MONDAY NIGHT.....A HOME TEAM COMING OFF A ROAD WIN vs. A ROAD TEAM COMING OFF A HOME LOSS....HOME TEAM IS 66% ATS
  8. It don't really matter about stats, if it does how are these: Stealers have won their last 10 road games, also 6-2 as a dog, Stealers are 15-6 ATS their last 21, Cower is 4-1 ATS against the Chargers, Ben has yet to throw an interception, Stealers defense is letting up an average of 12.3 points per game, yada yada yada. I'm sure I could come up with the same crap for the Chargers, bottom line, stats don't mean much. It is all about the inside information lol. Actually who ever shows up for the game. I don't see a blowout on either side, could be a very good game.
  9. im not betting on the game but cant wait to watch it -- should be a good game and i think the steelers will win
  10. Statistics will tell you whatever you want them to. The Steelers being 15-6 ATS in their last 21 is almost as meaningful as SD being 6-0 SU and 5-1 ATS when they play a night game following a road win where Drew Brees gets blown by a groupie during halftime of the road win.

All that matters is which team goes 1-0 ATS tonight. I like the Bolts minus the points.

  11. Small play on SD, I'm riding them until their bye week.
  12. I agree that stats are meaning less but I was curious if Drew did get blown during halftime? It would definitely make my mind up and my decision a lot easier about this game. Lol that was a great stat you put out there.
  13. I just checked and now the line is -3.5, you still like the points? Just curious, I'm not playing the game but if I did I would go with Pittsburg. It should be a good one to watch, good luck everyone.
  14. Looks like you won't be turning that money over. Game not over but looks like Pittsburg will definitely get the points, +3.5, maybe even win outright like I said. I grabbed em plus the points for half my normal wager just to do something on it.
