    Even though there are plenty of rats running up and down the tracks in the stations, it is really rare to see one on the subway itself. Of course, with the budget cuts, the trains and platforms will get cleaned less often, which will lead to more of this unfortunately. If they start slowing down the trash bag pickups on the platforms, the rats will end up tearing it open:



    This is why they have to spend a little more and use the mint scented bags, which rats hate.

    I swear the same rat is on the L track at 1st ave every morning i go there. The same spot, same time every day.

    lol, it's pretty expensive to play the starving artist these days; the more money you have in the trust fund, the poorer you can afford to dress while stumbling down St. Marks.

    I once saw an apt on 5 and 1st ave.

    The broker had the balls to tell me an 8x8 bedroom was "perfect for a bedroom/art space".
