I don't think Ramsey is THAT overpaid -- sure he could be on 40K or so, but he was an extremely promising (still is to some extent) youth prospect and was developing nicely before Lenny cracked his leg. Same kinda holds true for Diaby -- at the time he signed the deal he was a pretty damn good player, he was a starter in the French national team for a while but simply hasn't been able to avoid being diabied all the time.

I think Djourou is making way too much -- a squad defender shouldn't be making nearly that much IMO. If they're getting a fat paycheck, and don't even have to play -- thats a pretty swell life. If he was on like 20K/week maybe he would try harder to win a spot in the squad. Vela, Park, Chamakh, Arshavin, Seb, and Bendtner are absolute MUST goes. -
Slight, okay HUGE, brag . . . daughter got an assist tonight. No biggie, until you consider she is a Keeper. Beautiful dropkick that split the opposing defence just beyond the half line, springing the Striker for a clean break-away and a clinical finish. Best part was the Striker, instead of just celebrating, ran all the way back to high-five the playmaker. Carry on . . .
-
But who is she signing for this transfer window ffs?
Seriously though thats pretty cool -
Think bendtner has potential, arshavin had a couplel of amazing sessions and djourou is solid if he plays along side vermaelen (obv as cover for koncielny)
Ramsey has been dreadful, I like the lad but since he broke his leg he hasnt offered anything. Diaby has never been 1st team material and continually disappoints.
Lets get rid of some of these guys, if we can free up 3-4 spots RVP can have a few new team mates! -
Yeah i keep Bendtner if RVP goes.
Ramsey was brilliant for a couple of months early on this season. He was the best player on the pitch against Chelsea. People seem to forget that he is still young and that was actually his first full season in the Prem.
Diaby has the potential to be a great player but he cant stay fit. Sometimes you have to just give up on players and i think that time has come with him. -

I read some sort of article earlier this year that basically highlighted how much potential ramsey had -- he was asked to play ALOT of games last year without the benefit of squad rotation. He's still young and coming off of a ridiculous injury -- I'll give him some more time, lets not right him off yet.
I wouldn't mind keeping bendtner actually -- he's always seemed an OK player, although he missed some ridiculous sitters in his day. -
think he needs regular games. He is one of them players that seems to pop up in big games and get a goal. he is always a threat
-
WOW!!! Just read M'vila confirmed 17million and RVP will sign a new contact in 2 weeks.....his statement was supposed to get club to act in the market, ITS WORKED!
Oh and agree ramsey has still got time, diaby has had too much -
Manchester United have confirmed the signings of teenagers Sean Goss and Joel Castro Pereira.
16-year-old Goss, born in Germany, is a midfielder who arrives from Exeter City.
Goss impressed during a trial stint last season with the club where helped their youth side to the Aegon Future Cup final in Amsterdam.
Swiss goalkeeper Pereira also arrives after being on trial with the Old Trafford club.
Pereira comes in from Neuchatel Xamax

Hes an arrogant fuck, but I think I kind of like it... decent skill set too, for a big guy.

Rumors circulating that Arsenal will be moving to Adidas as kit sponsor next season... but Nike has given us such amazing kits over the years.... like this years away kit:
-
Would be thrilled if either happened, but, am doubting both I'm afraid =[
-
you get all the people saying it shpuld be yellow because of tradition even though white was traditonally our away kit but i really like this
-
AFC Transfer Talk on twitter, also mentions will sign either Afellay or Dempsey
-
Of course you keep Bendtner. He's the best footballer in the world, according to himself. How could you not?
-
Posting from my phone. Hope this pic works

Link if not -
lol, link works -- saw that on twitter to. I don't have a link for the Adidas rumors, so they're likely just rumors but they seem to be circulating pretty heavily. I'm not a fan of the purple away kit -- I don't care what color the away kit is though, it could be anything as far as I'm concerned as long as it looks good. The only goal is to have a color that isn't red, is it not?
-
Ugly . . . not as bad as the Magpies away kit usually is, but still . . . a Prince reference?
-
Actually, this year's isn't bad . . .
-
Not sold on the purple ... Yellow/Maroon for the win.
-
Where did the edit button go? hmm . . . is there a time limit now?

Anyhooo . . . Magpies away strip is a burgundy with black trim. Cannot get the pic thing to work, sorry. -
Kit looks ok to for the players to play in but awful for thr fans to buy and wear casually.... always buy the home shirt most seasons, a good away kit is few and far between
-
John Terry found not guilty....

Ibrahimovic and thiago Silva ready to go to PSG and it's only a matter of hours before it's official. For now, the pictures of the 2 stars have been erased from the 2012-2013 campaign and club store.
-
Transfer fees for both will be less than what Andy Carrol and Jordan Henderson cost. Liverpool, folks.
