Super Bowl Food - What are you having?

    This year we are going to have a nice little spread. Besides the basic dips and what not we will be having a feast. Being that everyone will be hammered nobody will be cooking so we are getting food before the party begins. This year we are going with a El Pollo Loco for the main course (chicken, mashed potatos, rice, beans, etc).



    We then have someone who will be bringing homemade Chili Colorado as well which should go good with the Loco.


    This year we have a sushi chef coming to the party so we told him to just bring some sushi. I know it doesn't go with everything else but wtf who cares, sushi is awesome.

    The beverage that will be provided will be the only thing we actually make. Last year year it was a great success so we are going with Jungle Juice again. We will be preparing it Saturday afternoon so it can be ready for consumption early Sunday.

    1 L Everclear
    5.25 L (3 1.75L bottles) vodka
    1 bottle peach schnapps
    1 pint Bacardi 151
    1 bottle Apple schnapps
    10 L Sprite
    1 L Sunny Delight
    1 L Triple Sec
    1.75 L bottle Gin
    1 bottle Apple Pucker
    4 bottles Strawberry Hill Wine
    8 L Hawaiian Punch
    2 containers oj concentrate
    Tons of cut up fruit. I go with pineapple, watermelon, apples, grapes, misc. melons.

    Use a large container ie. ice chest or similar. Allow the fruit to soak in all the alcohol for about 4 - 12 hours. Add all the juice and let sit overnight. Serve the next day.
