    Anyone deal with seasonal depression? These MN/ North Dakota winters kick my ass and I have been here all my life.

    winter is not doubt depressing but going to the gym every day and staying active helps a lot for me atleast

    lol we never use champ. I just decided to tonight. I went out and shoveled our 12 icnhes of snow and it actually made me feel better. Fuck thoguh it's only january. I want to go to my cabin and drink whiskey and bask in the sunlight.

    I definitely do, I've looked into getting one of those lgiths but the cheapest ones I can find are still like $200+, fk that imo

    Like everyone said, snowmobile and ice fishing ftw. A week in vegas to break it up might help.... I must say tho, I hunt in south dakota and I think I would be depressed year round in that area of the country.
