another case of wtf cares. doubt these 18 year old dudes feel like victims.
-
It is a stretch. I see the argument that sex should not matter but it does. Reality is the student being a female completely changes the scenario

agree that she should not be a teacher.
A teachers role is to help prepare kids for life, not college. Some of the students will go to college, many will not -
yes, amazing how I divined that with only my knowledge of 18 year old guys. Point being is that even if you get a conviction on this fake crime you won't have any victims to testify. This hurts your sentencing case beyond belief. fire her and quit wasting taxpayer money.

The teacher's actions are not only wrong, but they are sick and disturbing. What a desperate whore.

America's conservatism w.r.t. sexuality is pretty insane, on the whole.

And it really does, on a lot of levels, come back around to religion. If it is not married, missionary, w/ no prophylactic, then it is risque, and worthy of suspicion. Suspicion that in places like Texas needs to be codified into law.

My good British friend posted this on Facebook yesterday. I thought it was germane to the OP. Because it presents a different light on our sexual conservatism. It's not just religious, but also as a result of our economic proclivities. We are keen to adopt a commodity market model for sex.
To wit,"Even now, the woman who craves sex, has more than one partner at a time or is interested in non-procreative sex (anal sex, fetishes or kink) is frequently shown in pop culture to be in equal turns untrustworthy, damaged or a figure to be laughed at. And of course, there’s still that persistant voice in western culture that insists that sex is dirty and shameful and should only be shared with someone you love in the bonds of holy matrimony."
And
"The commodification of sexuality is an inherently antagonistic system that treats men and women as fundamentally different and sets them in opposition...In addition, it by it’s very nature stipulates that sex is only valued due to it’s scarcity – which in turn means that a woman is only worth as much as the sex she doesn’t have. The commodity market model also doesn’t allow for anything other than a value-for-value exchange. It by it’s nature dismisses anything that falls outside of this frame. A woman who enjoys sex for it’s own sake are treated as shameful sluts and are worth less than “pristine” virgins. A man who might be monogamous by nature or might want greater levels of intimacy before sex is seen as a freak."
So what if this lady wanted to get gangbanged by 5 of age teenagers? Odd, but no different than someone who wants to get foot fucked, or just a simple blowjob. It's a unique and trivial sexual proclivity. 20 years? LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL Texas -
even more than you think. the way i play poker lately i feel like a eurodonk at times. -
Hence, why she should be fired. If she wants to live out her fetishist gangbang fantasies, there are far better venues for that. Like a swinger's club, or craigslist ads. As a teacher in a school, not so much.

But your views as you have stated them really do hit at the very center of the commodity market view of sexuality. -
If a married mother of three who fucks 5 of her teenage students (and lets them videotape it) isn't considered 'damaged' then I don't what is.

The only part of that sentence which lends itself to the woman being damaged is the fact she is married.

Cheatin' on the troops is not very Texas madam.
-
to Scalia's belief that laws against homosexuality are constitutional:
Today's opinion is the product of a Court, which is the product of a law-profession culture, that has largely signed on to the so-called homosexual agenda, by which I mean the agenda promoted by some homosexual activists directed at eliminating the moral opprobrium that has traditionally attached to homosexual conduct.... [T]he Court has taken sides in the culture war, departing from its role of assuring, as neutral observer, that the democratic rules of engagement are observed.

I would agree, in most cases. However, what if these two are like, oh what was that swinging OTers name who multiaccounted with Imperium? The husband can go pick out floozies from the bar. She can have gangbangs.

I think valid realities can be constructed where even he married part does not indicate damage. -
Not sure what this means. Does this mean, you are only cool with it if the bible is cool with it?
If so, the fact that you have responded as you have, and are from texas, makes perfect sense. I will say though, if my read on the meaning is correct, that it is fascinating when women engage in stereotypes on sexuality that are inherently misogynistic. -
Can I take a stab at that? Based on my understanding of the Bible, I don't think any form of sex is a sin, as long as it's in the context of marriage. I know married Christians who have anal sex, oral sex, sex in a wide variety of positions, use sex toys, etc... As long as they're doing it with each other, anything is fair game.
-
If God wanted you to have anal sex girls would get pregnant when you nut in their pooper
-
That's the crazy Catholics who think sex is intended only for pro-creation. Us Protestants think God gave us sex for pleasure and fun, too :P

Not sure but I think sex was meant for pro creation and not the sins of pleasure. -
No, not necessarily. You didn't ask if I think anal sex is ok. You asked if it was a sin. Which is why I referenced the Bible.

And just because I'm from Texas doesn't mean I'm a closed-minded redneck with no real sense of how others are in the world.
Based on what I know about this teacher's actions, I think what she did was manipulative. She is in a position of authority with these students and engaging in sexual acts with them was indecent. If she wanted to participate in group sex or whatever on her own time, fine. Whatever floats her boat. But that's not the case here. She purposely picked out certain students, instigated a relationship with them, and then became inappropriate. -
You're not married to Onem, correct?
