I would pay a strangely large amount of money for one. -
not very likely i would think. the headphones plug is an audio out only im pretty sure don't think it could be modified to receive input.
now ya could do the same thing but the controller would have to have a wire coming around to the base maybe even have an otter box like case that could have the controller hook into. -

If there was a big enough market it could be available in 6-12 months I believe. -
I just get my Tablet and bluetooth the Wii remote with the classic controller plugged in.
Of you can use the on screen controls.
+SNES emulator and away you go. -

i was speaking soley of the feasibility of the design based on my assumption the the headphones jack was output only -
fantastic news! I guess the hard part would be getting Nintendo to agree to working with Apple, or would it just have to be an unapproved add-on with a jailbroken iphone? I just want to play Zelda and Maniac Mansion on my phone.
