    I missed the opportunity. My little sister, who just turned 25 two weeks ago, died yesterday. She was an absolutely beautiful aspiring model, who like so many young girls like her, could never be skinny enough. She fought an eating disorder for 7 years, and it ultimately killed her. Times like these make you realize how lucky you are to be alive every fuckin day, and appreciate even the (what appear to be) bad times!

    Sorry to hear about this, that is a horrible thing to have happen. I almost lost a sister to the same thing and luckily she got the right help just in the nick of time. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

    Sorry for your loss. I hope you and your family can make it through this tough time.

    Also I hate to hijack the thread, but it sucks when shit like this happens. Even moreso because being super fucking skinny is glamorized every fuckin day by skanks like Paris and Nichole. Fuck them bitches. Sorry about the rant, and once again sorry for your loss.

    ^^^LOL at preston using this thread as a chance to attack guys who are in their lower 20s finding girls in their upper teens attractive. liking girls that are close to/barely of age is insanely different from glorifying eating disorders.

    Vegas, im sorry for your loss. 25 is far too young to leave this life, especially when its due to something as senseless as a need to be what some consider attractive. even the strongest, most defiant people have their problems, and its sad that your sisters had to come to such an end. hopefully this will at least keep any model friends of hers from succumbing to something like this, and may her memory serve to remind all those beautiful young(and not so young) women out there that its not worth it to struggle for someone else's sense of beauty.

    VGQ I am very sorry for your loss, my thoughts and prayers for your family. People often don't understand how serious eating disorders are and what they can cause.
