Things to do in Nebraska?

    Anyone have any recommendations for stuff to do or see in Nebraska? I'm driving cross country next week, and am trying to finds some stuff to do along the way. I'm taking Rte. 80, and will probably be staying one night in the Lincoln area - any recommendations as far as restaurants, bars, museums, etc would really be appreciated. Thanks!

    Stop at the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha. Though I haven't been in years, it is one of the best in the United States. Other than Omaha and Lincoln, there isn't much to do. Omaha is a pretty chill town, and there are a lot of great bars and live music spots if you are into that.

    Hit up Misty's or Applebees or somethin, they're always good....if you dont like them theres always mcdonalds, right? lol

    yeah, since its not football season, not really sure what else there is to do here in town...I work, play poker, and hang out with my wife, really interesting huh? Coke is pretty easy to find around these parts too lol

    Ole's Big Game Bar in Paxton. It's out near Ogallala. A must stop for a meal and to see all the mounted big game around the world that Ole Herbstadt and his buddies shot on their safaris and shit. Great food too.
