I feel bad for Scha. He's about a buck forty and his nipples are like tea saucers. We'll be looking at tablecloths if he gets fat.
  3. I want to grow massive nerps like the ones in the before pic. Like a couple of baloney pizzas.

    Nice work, jaybone.
  4. lol, you guys are killing me with the nipple jokes.

They still get fat now, I was just cold in that pic. And also, I cant believe no one noticed this, but I have shaved my chest hair down from pic to pic. That includes nip hair. Removing nip hair also makes them appear smaller.

i really didnt think I would have to post nipple theory in this thread lol.

First two months, I almost completely cut out beer and as for food, I cant remember cheating once. Now, I might cheat once every 10 days or so. But its never planned. Right now, im about to go out and drink beers and watch the flyers game. But I had a very healthy dinner and ill be working all that off tomorrow, so its not that big of a deal.

I try to keep my drinking to one night a week. Maybe two.

  7. I haven't read the thread but has anybody mentioned your nipples yet?
  8. Damn bro I'm a little jealous right now. I made a thread 40 days ago asking for weight loss advice and I'm only down 13 pounds. I've been lazy the past 2 weeks taking days off and losing focus of my goal. Its hard to stay focused sometimes. I was waking up and hitting the gym in the mornings and waking up earlier but lately I've been back to sleeping in and slacking off.

Just seeing your pics makes me realize that I should be more diligent and work harder because your before pics look 10-20 lbs smaller than me. The only noticeable difference I see in myself is my stomach is getting smaller. Its still fat but its doesn't resemble rolls as much so its flattening out a little bit. From what you said about your workouts its clear to me you work really hard and for longer than I usually do. I have a friend who usually goes to the gym with me and we usually hit the ellipticals for 20 -30 mins then play basketball outside. I still don't know which is more effective bball first then elliptical or vice versa.

Honestly though how hard is it for you to resist temptation to just skip the gym or eat shitty? I haven't been eating shitty fwiw. I had 5 guys twice since i started but its no habit its just from hanging out with friends at the time. Oh congrats btw

  10. I should just congratulate you for leveling me. I really can't even tell if you're making fun of me or just hungry for five guys. Wp
  11. Congrats! The guy on your left looks like he could be an older fat brother of yours. Seriously though, Nice work.

    QFtruth.

Actually, I jest. I think its awesome how well you've obviously done, judging by those pictures. It is kind of amazing how quick you have taken it off. A pound erry two days is ridiculous. Congrats.

I myself have been doing well, as well, but the progress is not nearly as drastic. I started on Feb. 11 at 237 pounds. Hot damn that sounds like a big number for a guy under six foot. I ran two marathons at 185, with 180 being about my ideal weight, so it's not as ridiculous as it sounds. I just happen to have tree trunks for legs. Anywho, I am 214 now.

So, 23 pounds in 68 days thus far. A good, sustainable rate of loss (not saying yours is bad in the slightest, but I am training for the Chicago Marathon, and coming from so behind the eight ball, everything I do has to be measured, and careful. One big strain, and a few corresponding weeks convalescence, could put my whole plan off). But, I do wish my body would lose weight quicker. What can I say, I am a genetic marvel. Well, if we were cavemen. I can put on weight like you wouldn't believe. And it takes huge effort to get it off.

I started with Aerobics at home (yeah, yeah, def. ghey...but when you get as out of shape as I was, gotta start somewhere) I started to graduate past those tapes, and moved into the stairmaster, 150-160 flights per session. My workout plan has been Yoga X, then 6-7 miles on the treadmill (3-3.5 walking, 3-4 running) the next day, then day off, then Yoga. I also hit the abs and core pretty hard on the running days. On the off day, I might do some stretching.

Diet-wise, I'm going ketogenic. Basically The Palumbo Diet , which is designed to train your body to run off of its fat stores. Part of the reason I like it, apart from cutting fat, is that it inherently keeps you honest. If you reach into the bag of Steak and Shake and down a few of your wife's fries on the way home, your body may very well interpret that sudden 10g of carbs as a reason to kick itself out of ketogenesis/lipolysis. And it might take 24-72 hours to get back into deep keto again. It forces you to be near perfect with the way you eat. It does take a lot of self control to hold back from carbs. Eggs, chicken, salmon, almonds every single day gets pretty boring, but you find ways to keep those core foods interesting (experimenting with different spices, imported olive oils, cheeses, etc)

But, doing that diet is one reason I am not losing super duper fast. I am intaking so much protein, and doing tons of legwork, that I am negating weight-wise, some of the fat loss that is occurring. Which sucks when I looks at measure myself by the scale, but I also know that I gotta do it this way to build the legs and core strength that I need to get me through another 26.2

So, that is a little of my story and progress. Figured it was a good time to ramble on about that, given the thread. Gimme a few months, Jay, and hopefully I'll be putting up a similar OP to yours. LOng fucking way still to go though.

I think it's awesome that you brag about having five guys in your mouth. Sodomize intolerance!
  14. congrats man, clearly you're shredding the pounds. It's no easy task to lose weight, ups!
  15. Damn sweet jay. Ive changed my diet a ton since new years but the gym is still tough to get to sometimes for me.
  16. Nice work JB. Now you gotta switch to some low carb beer.
  17. Has it been mentioned yet that your nipples shrunk? I am not going to read this entire thread but that was my first obvious observation.

Nice job man! I am down almost 50 pounds since November and am getting ready to make a push to lose about 30 more. Awesome job man!
  18. Nice work mang

I've never been afraid of getting fat because of how I would look, but instead because of the bad health that accompanies being heavy, so most importantly good job getting your health in check.

Your diet it is the most intriguing thing to me, I've done so much weightlifting in my life and like how muscle looks, but nowadays I'm much more interested in being healthy and feeling healthy and a good lite diet along with a sufficient amount of sleep is so fkn important. Keep it up dude because if you have been that fat before I'm sure it is easy to get back there because it was a lifestyle, so just continue this new lifestyle and once you get to a healthy weight it's all maintenance from there and not so extreme.

I probably look very similar to your after pics minus a few pounds and I need to take my own advice above because I want to get rid of the gut.
  19. Holy shit Jay, that's awesome. I see abs!

My goal right now is to see my belly button again.
  20. Nice job man keep it up. I am overweight and have been going to the gym for like a month and it feels great. Message me for some recipes if you'd like.
