Do any of you use this?

Apparently the Furminator works great to deshed your dogs. Saphira is shedding like crazy. I actually cannot keep up with how much she has been shedding lately. Just wondering if anyone else uses this and does it actually work.
I tried a reg brush but its not cutting it at all. -
im glad you did this thread chaz. my daughter just got a damm ankle bitin maltese or some chit, that lil fucker cost like 300 an oz. and it is the sheddinest mfer ive ever seen. take the hair off an theres nothin left tho.

lol our Yorkie doesnt shed one bit but the Moose does. I mean its horrible how bad it is. I have seen a few positive reviews and a few youtube vids but would rather hear from peps that are currently using it. Petco has it for 50 bucks which isnt bad considering I called a groomer and they said it would be more than that just for her size (she is now 6 months and 70+ lbs).

Get the dog shaved at the groomers; best thing you can do for them and for you.
-
ill put my dughters 8 oz dog vs that 70 lber on shedding. im ceriass.
-
Wow Chaz, sounds like your in a hairy situation... hahahahahahaaha
-
we use the furminator on our puggle(half pug half beagle) who sheds a lot.
It works, but you'll still see hair on everything unless you use it like everyother day.
If you get it, use it alot.
and do it outside. -
give it a year or so and it will be ur daughters 8oz dog vs 130 lber, LOL...

Chaz, newfoundland/mastiff mix??? OMG, that dog is gonna be bigger than the beast in the Sandlot...my buddy had a newfoundland and no joke, it was 130 lbs when full grown...it was a goddamn BEAST!! and looked like a bear... -
Yes, they kick ass

Maltese have no undercoat, and have little to no shedding if cared for properly. Like their relatives Poodles and Bichon Frisé, they are considered to be largely hypoallergenic and many people who are allergic to dogs may not be allergic to the Maltese (See list of Hypoallergenic dog breeds). Daily cleaning is required to prevent the risk of tear-staining.

She is already alot bigger now lol.
The mother was Matiff and went about 160 lbs and the dad was the NF and went about 140-150ish......... So yeah we KNOW she will be a beast. -
I use it. You will be surprised how much less hair you'll see around the house. The first time you use it will be pretty crazy, but do it once a week and shedding will be reduced like 90%
