what are some of your guys different eating habits.Tired of eating too many things that are bad for me and would like to know some different things that should be on my list to be eating more of.

I was in your shoes last year. First thing I stopped was drinking soda. Started drinking water, diet tea etc....felt like a fuckin zombie the first week. Didn't know how much I was addicted to Coke.
Then I just tried to really cut out everything with alot of sugar. I don't know if you are trying to lose weight also but I was. I ate oatmeal instead of cereal. Made a huge bowl of cut up fresh fruit that I would pick at all day instead of eating shitty snacks. I'd also snack on raw veggies and lowfat yogurt.
I didn't go crazy when it came to meat and chicken, you need your protein....
Pretty standard stuff I guess. Good luck to you. The worst part of it is that eating healthy is way more expensive that eating like shit........ -
Try shitting out more than you eat. It should work.

Baked Fish or baked chicken breast.. usually ate with different canned veggies. Sometimes a baked potato or flavored rice. I did this for dinner every night for 3 months and rupped up pretty nice.
I would eat a little more liberal for lunch but I was always on the go and couldn't always pack a lunch. -
Don't eat out. Hardest, but yields results.
Even if you're eating at subway every meal you still have to be very selective about what goes in your body.
Plan and prepare fresh meals in advance. If it comes in a box, can (most of the time), or from a restaurant it's not good for you. -
i opened this with a freshly lit smoke for ishts and giggles
a couple small things: agree with water obv, mustard instead of mayo, skim milk, almonds -
oatmeal for the ftmfw
whole grains
lean protein
fruits and veggies -
Processed Foods.
Sugars.
Cut those out for 2 weeks and you'll lose 10 pounds easily.
Coffee+banana
Oatmeal and egg whites
Everything on whole wheat
Eat nothing white -
egg whites, wheat instead of white, whole grain stuff. Avoid eating out at all if you can. Chicken and fish and veggies, brown rice. No soda, no fried foods. One of my fav snacks is pretzels and hummus. Cut out excessive beer drinking.
Eat healthy+working out=losing weight

Protein shakes with skim milk are good! Dodge Muscle milk and other fatty protein shakes though. They taste great but its easier to get fat. Some other good things to eat are grilled chicken, turkey, etc. I love granola bars and Kashi makes some really good ones (Honey Almond Flax is ftw).
If you're eating alot of terrible shit right now just start gradually cutting them out and replacing them with something better.
