    Anyone like techno music and this DJ in particular? I think he is a Euro

    I'm going to some concert(?not sure what you call them for a dj) tonight and have no idea what it will be like. Is it just a bunch of kids on X dancing nonstop? hope not.

    im not really into techno music but that DJ Tiesto is good at what he does. he came to my city awhile back, and agree with previous post, going to be alot of hot girls so im sure you'll have a good time!

    Trues, I used to be just like you with those sterotypes until I went to a Dave Ralph performance at Giant out in LA (geezus it's been 10 years). Changed my perspective completely. Go in with an open mind, non-judgmental, and ready to have fun and it will be great.

    I mean I'm kinda excited to go. I don't listen to techno very often but I like it when it comes on in the club from time to time. I just don't like going to a club where you are constantly rubbing against ppl and all that. I like to party though so I'll get past that as long as beer isn't being spilled on me all night.

    It's in Columbus Tread, just get then night off from the wife/kids and meet me there!

    Is the Bar of Modern Arts in good area or the ghetto like Bogarts in Cincy?

    It won't be a lot of people taking X. They are way more mainstream now....going to a club, not a rave. Go in there with an openmind, get wasted, and dance your ass off because Tiesto will make you feel his music in your soul. He is one of the sickest DJ's out there, you will have a fucking blast.

    I would love to, but I've still been running a fever today and that kind of partying would prob not be a good idea for me at this point.

    Downtown Cols isn't really like Cincy, it is absolutely dead except for some of the bar areas. You don't really get into the "ghetto" until you start moving away from downtown a bit. That isn't to say you shouldn't watch your back however. I've never been to BoMA, but heard good things. If you guys get up early enough you should check this place out, it is normally private but will be open to the public tonight for a pre-party. It's only open to 23 and older, they are looking for a slightly older late 20s 30s crowd.

    Some friends of mine went and checked out his show in NY last month and all the videos they took are fucking insane. I'm not a techno/trance enthusiast by any means but it seems like it'd be a pretty crazy experience, particularly on acid, e, shrooms, etc.
