Love him or hate him...personally I think he's a great fighter and did a lot for the UFC and MMA all together. Your thoughts?
I met him at Maxx Muscle in Des Moines saturday got a pic and autograph...I'll try to get the pic up when i get them developed -
In his book he says she is very intelligent and great person. I guess you gotta look past the 40k guys she's slept with
-
Tough guy. Probably the best GnPer there was. A chicken shit coward/liar. A great coach/trainer/friend type (at least he was portrayed that way on TUF). Shoulda test driven a few later models before he bought that broken down old hoopdie.
-
He just had back surgery too...maybe he'll come back and be decent again
-
the best ground n pounder was hands down mark coleman (and maybe mark kerr too). tito is a douchebag
-
whiny bitch who was able to market himself.. not much of a fighter... glass jaw.. no heart... reminds me of the bully who gets hit one time and quits and runs home crying etc....
oh yea, he bitched out to fighting dana white in a boxing match.... need i say more... i know dana used to be a boxer but he was out of shape and trained for 6 weeks and tito bitched out.... -
The way Tito is portrayed on TV and through out his career is as a complete fucktard and he was cocky and arrogant. you have to remember that tito has been around longer than a lot of casual fans remember. His passion for MMA has helped build it to where it is today. I met him in San Diego at ASR/virtue MMA trade show. He gave a couple seminars on "MMA in the Retail Workplace." He knew his shit really well. He wore a suit and gave off the right image for business a man. He even offered to do a free autograph signing in North Carolina i believe for veteran owned business. I may hit Tito up on this offer for next year. His ex-wife that runs Punishment is so hot...but i would still plow jenna bareback.

Id like to choke him till he passes out then id punt his ass out the door
-
He seems like he's an excellent self promoter. Some people are just born to play the villian, it appears he's one of those guys from these posts at least. I've only seen a couple of his fights so I don't have much to base on.
-
he better make nice with dana or he won't be making any monies
-
He was great fighter back in the day and very cocky now the game has passed him by
-
Holds the record for UFC Title Defenses at 5.
Along with Randy Couture, thought to have the best Ground and Pound, though I don't believe he does anymore. Did he at one point? Absolutely!
His cardio conditioning is absolutely insane.
And to those saying he has a glass chin? That's absurd. One name: Yuki Kondo. Took a HUGE knee right to the chin and still was able to win the fight. 90% of other MMA fighters take that knee across the face, they're going night night. Period.
When he first started in the sport, he was cocky and brash, and though he would have grown out of it, he saw, I believe, that it was a love/hate attitude that came with it, and that it would naturally draw more attention. Is he a bad guy? No. Nothing I have seen from Tito in or out of the cage tells me he has even remotely illicit intentions. While he may not be the smartest man in the world, he knows the sport very very well, despite him doing some kinda stupid things. But, meh, we all make mistakes.
Overall, 8/10 guy... Used to be, unquestionably, the best LHW in the world of MMA. Simply hasn't adapted to the ever evolving world of MMA. Much like Matt Hughes, Chuck Liddell. Randy Couture is one of the VERY few who have adapted and continued to adapt.
He'll still compete, I think, and definately be a good-great fighter, but will he ever again be the top fighter in his division? I doubt it.
