    I will keep this simple.

Name me a career politician who has not turned corrupt?

    I dare ya.

2 parties of people controlling an entity for such a long period of time breeds corruption.

There might be certain police districts that are corrupt at the top but one can still be a career policeman without being corrupt. You cannot say the same for the politician. From the top down corruption rules the roost.

I fully blame the 2 sets of people (r's and d's) for this corruption. The government is but a function of those people. When i say i despise our government...i am saying i despise all the politicians and not the principles our government was founded on.

  3. Offered to buy a cop that was directing traffic in my works parking lot a bottled water last week since it was super hot out. He said he "couldn't take bribes." As far as the guy that said "I'd just be a murder detective." I"m pretty sure you have to pay your dues as a field officer for a few years and eventually get promoted to homicide.

Does Ron Paul count as a career politician?

Thank you for enforcing unjust laws, harassing and helping to nickle and dime hard working citizens, being racists, abusing your powers, losing the public's trust, not accepting responsibility for fuck ups, and creating an environment of corruption and law breaking within your ranks that often goes unpunished.
