    agree, and it reminds me of one of my favorite quotes.

    this is true, but at this point, is there any doubt that they will fail eventually. why waste the money and time now to delay the inevitable.

    Where does the money we give them come from? If we give them money we are effectively taking money from other areas(almost certainly more productive areas than this industry). We have to go through pain one way or another. We can't waive a magic wand and fix things that have been wrong for DECADES. Wake up.

    Right because if we do bail them out .. How does that help us if they still fail 2 or 3 years later ?? Oh but we should believe that all the restructuring will make it so they will turn Profit .. Umm Again .. How does helping them Help the Common man and women ? By keeping them Afloat that will help me Buy a Car ? because i will Get A loan from a bank that got bail out money so they could loan me MORE money so i can be in even more dept .. Hmm i wonder .. If these Company's Would maybe Lower the Prices of their Cars From 30 Fuking thousand Dollars to a More affordable price .. o god maybe we would buy a car from them ? ALL prices of things are RIDICULOUS Lower that Shit a bit maybe people would buy more .. ?

    the big 3 deserve to fail.

    look at a ford next to a toyota thats comparably priced. there is no comparison. the toyota is better in all areas.

    not to mention the greedy UAW union driving the costs of production up so high with their demands for $30 an hour and outrageous benefit plans. all those union members are digging their own graves by refusing to take a hit for the good of the company.
