    12 murders inside 22 months in a prison seems ridiculous.

    also he says he is northern michigan but he types like he is british.

    "neighbour" "fuck off big buff guys"

    seems like bullshit to me.

    im not disputing that prison is a nightmare. i have a friend who spent 7 years in prison and he rarely discusses it. he told me the 2 years he spent in county jail awaiting trial was far worse than 5 years in federal prison.

    oh well then im an idiot then, retract my statement about it being untrue...but 12 murders in that amount of time doesnt seem possible.

    yeah I think it's real for those reasons too. It's weird how I think the story is true because of things that I would have assumed were false. Good lesson to be learned about lying: just throw in small, counter-intuitive details that nobody would accuse you of making up because they're so insignificant and unnecessary to the story.

    I did time seems accurate to me but he left out the hooch stores and the pimps selling LadyBoys for 5 a 1/2 hour

    Sounds pretty true to me... I mean sure he;s probably bigged it up a bit. But it's too well written to be complete bullshit.

    People who write things that well have definately seen it, if not lived it. Probly some of the specific anecdotes are things he saw or heard rather than actually did. But stories are shit if you say "i kno this guy who gave his cellmate a hummer after after doin aload of x"

    And i dont see why a murder every two months in a max security prison is hard to believe... Why would you hear about it? No one cares if people in prison kill each other.

    And as for only gettin 2 years. He said only like 2 charges out of however many stuck, so that seems like its fair.

    Like everyone is sayin tho, either way its a bloody well written piece. Mans should definately write a book...
