Remember for anybody who is going to send via PayPal--use the "gift" option so that a % doesn't get taken out before reaching Clay.

It's under "send money"...then after you fill out all the info to send (recipient's name, amount, what type of currency), you select the "personal" tab instead of the "purchase". Under that tab, just make sure the bubble is in the "gift" selection.

EDIT--and if we get enough donators, we might be able to do some cool ass remembrance...My mom was an avid gardener, and at her visitation, people had sent benches to go in a garden...or a little stone with a remembrance saying on it. I didn't know towman very well, but some people here said he loved horse racing...obviously was a tow truck driver for a long period. I don't want people to send money now because I don't want 20 people sending 10 and it only cost 100 and I have to split things up. I'd rather see who wants to donate, then figure out price, then divide it up to see who owes what

this is true...but i think all the donations here are going towards either a gift of flowers or something else for the visitation/funeral service.

Yeah but if his family would rather see money sent to cancer research or something often they will say in the obit "In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the American Cancer Society" or some such. Can anyone check this, it's kind of a big deal.

Ok, sounds like we got enough to do at least $100 for a nice flower setup. Also got a PM from BamaHockey and he said he's 30 min from there and he would drop them off.

Tomorrow when I wake up I will call some flower places and 1-800 flowers and see what we can do, get a price and then post it here so everyone knows an exact amount to send.
