    Dicks Sporting Goods sent the top Pro's to Kiawah to play The Ocean Course last week. It was an unreal experience and I cant wait to see what the PGA Pros do there next year for the PGA Championship. We played the Ocean Tees which was about 6700 and they will be playing at around 7400 so huge difference. The winds were blowing about 20-25 MPH with up to 30 gust and the greens were played at the same speed they would be playing them. You really couldnt ground your putter because your ball moved on pretty much the entire back nine. I shot about 81 and I heard around 76 was the best score shot. It was playing really tough. My caddie who has looped around 200 times there said if the wind blows like it did that day, -2 could win. Here are some pics...

    I was going to post almost the same exact thing... fuck photos imo.

    Awesome experience. I love golf so fucking much and just wish I could hit the lottery and make it a full time priority to get awesome... still dying a slow death in the 12 handicap range and am not sure I can ever get better with the time I have to devote.

    I left all my undershirts at home and thats the only one I had because I wore it there. I hate the feeling of that dress shirt with no undershirt so I had to. I did catch alot of hell doing that too.

    2 pick ups on match play event after tee shot. With doubles on those holes I shoot 81.

    Possibly, but those greens were so great not sure if you could. lol

    I started on hole 11 and went pick up pick up after tee shots then triple which tied the hole. lol Finished the rest of the holes +2.

    Must admit with Lauren watching on that 17 hole...I was pretty damn nervous. Almost shanked it.

    There were 2 par 3s where I hit 4 iron against the wind and I hit my irons pretty far...4 iron about 220-225..and we were 30-50 yards in front PGA tees.

    Looks like fun. I hardly played golf last year as I was playing pretty bad and it was no fun to go out and play. This year I have been playing every week and hitting the driving range 3 times per week. Playing well and hitting solid makes golf alot more enjoyable.

    When I was in college I roadtripped to DC and while we were waiting for a friend to get off work at a swanky restaurant we ordered some drinks and I paid 6 bucks for a can of PBR. My first wtf moment with expensive shitty alcohol.
