    And they ran the marathon again.

    months later…

    - Daddy, will you do the Ironman with me?
    - Yes

    And they completed the Ironman.

    Thank you for this, unless your a father you may not understand how moving this really is. As a father of 3 boys I would do anything for them, including giving my life for them.
