    It does say a lot about the intelligence and judgement of the supposed Franchise Player and team leader though.

    The dumbass is freaking posing for pictures like a douchenozzle. I'm all for having a good time and doing whatever you want, but be smart about it. Show some discretion. Collect cellphones and cameras as the girls enter and you have no problem.

    The party with underage girls isn't the problem its the poor judgement. The guy is just stupid. And the fact that he was with Lachey.

    if this was tom brady, he'd probably be congratulated by everybody for being such a baller. this is such a dumb story. i just love the media's surprise that this kind of stuff goes on with young, rich people who aren't really working at this time of year. it was really funny when josh elliott was trying to get schlereth to condemn the guy on ESPN asking about how he could be the "leader of the team with stuff like this out there" and schlereth basically told him that it's the offseason so nobody fucking cares. what a joke.

    if there's any reason to question leinart's judgment/personal character, how about the fact that apparently he never really sees his son and basically his baby mama has to take care of him by herself? but that's not tantalizing enough for the news so instead we get to talk about leinart getting with babes in the offseason and how that affects his "leadership skills" as a QB lol
