On the upside we only have to live with the plan for 4 years before a new congress and president revise the stupidity to a lesser level of privacy invasion and fewer layers of govt intervention. ...Lol at the youth of America thinking republicans are the ones who seek to invade your privacy And control your lives more than liberals. I really cant believe the rationing issue hasn't been more in the news. who is the gov to judge the value of a person's life? this is so fk'd.

i cant beleive they are taxing based on payroll......so, in theory, a company with a payroll of 500K could be losing their ass, but will also be subject to an additonal 8%.. brilliant.... while a company with a 200k payroll could be banking and have to pay a lot less.....

people defend this plan just because a democrat is introducing it. they could care less what it says.... they just know it's Obama's plan...

You are right... It's not exactly how it reads.... The rations portion of this bill allow for only a certain amount of any particuler service to be rendered throughout a given year. This is where the government will step in and say....... "well, that 30 year old girl ahs a better chance of living with this kidney transplant, than the 80 year old man does. Therefore the 30 year old will get the transplant. The elderly gentleman will become part of the "assisted death" section........

Maybe Dr. Kevorkian will be the next Surgeon General
