    well the fact that i never heard of this dude and he just signed up here like 2 days ago and is already asking random ppl for money i thought was a bit strange, i dont need money and would never ask anyone here for money

    he's not asking for money, persay...he's asking if you'd trade money on sites which him, which is perfrectly fine, i did it with someone here the other day...so long as you make him send first and you're not a skeezebag, its a non issue

    That's wrong. If he is transfering you stolen funds, those funds could be siezed by the site and you have no way to get your money back that you transfered him on the other site.
