    I used to collect cards when I was a kid... I have a thousands of old baseball and hockey cards at my dads, the good ones are in plastic binders... Whats the easiest way to find out what they are worth? Hadn't thought about them in a long long time until I read this post.

    when finest 1st did a basketball set they were smoking red hot so everybody was breaking them and nobody knew what a refractor was(I did). got two penny hardaways first month they were out for 75.00 and sold them in 97 for 450.00 each.

    um i also bought TWO shawn bradley ones for 75.00 each. I still have em :D

    depends on how old they are? pre 65 are the only cards worth a fuck

    really? There mostly 80's cards, but I have 100's of rookie cards in plastic and box sets never been opened... oh well

    its totally pointless now. 95% of the game used stuff you would search in the pack are worth LESS then the pack.

    people in target(not excluding myself either) that do it all the time. If the product is missing a pack then somebody probably hit it. I got a nice DJ Augustin Triple Relic Auto but the rest of the packs I thought i was "searching" had worthless jersey cards or decoy cards.

    what you do is pick up the packs. look at the sides and youll see some that are thicker which means
    A) decoy card to throw you off
    B) extra regular cards to throw you off
    C) something game used which considering its a retail pack just about assures its worthless
