At my house I have comcast high speed internet. I can't get on pocketfives on any of the three laptops at the house. I can go to any other site with no problems but when I go to pocketfives.com I get taken to a dell search engine page. If I click on the pocketfives links there I get taken back to the same damn search engine page. I'm at work now and can get on with absolutely no problems. Any idea WTF is wrong with my interweb?
About a week ago this happened and I just connected to the neighbors internet and got in fine. but he put up a security block so now I gotta figure it out.
Thanks in advance,
Justin -

Actually, I was about to make a post about this too. The same thing happens to me. I can get on pocketfives.com from work but, not always from home. I also have Comcast high speed internet. It's weird because, after I try messing with everything and it takes me 45 mins, it wants to come up. By then, I'm pretty high and forget what I wanted to post.

I did the first time around and all he could say was make sure you type it in correctly.
No offense but it was not in any way at all helpfull, I replied to that and he never returned my email. I've sent him private message again today but no reply.
So I was hoping maybe someone else a lil' more computer savvy could help me out -
Honestly I don't know what the problem is. I had my dad look into it and I'm not sure if he found out how to fix it or not. He's in Florida right now. I do know when I clear all the cache/cookies/history...etc... It sometimes decides it wants to work a little bit after.

Right Click on your browser.
Select Properties.
Under the General TAB, Delete Temporary Internet Files, Delete History, Delete Cookies.
Reboot machine.
Try to access 55.
Report back your findings. -
sorry to bump. I tried deleting my cookies, files and left clicking on every thing I could try and change. could pocket fives be blocked by my internet provider or something. I need help please.
I've messed with security settings, and for the life of me cant figure it out.

How can we get this glitch to work for Cortz?
-
Try this:
In Internet Explorer go to Tools > Internet Options and then click on the Tab titled 'Security'
There you will see a green circle with a white checkmark and it says 'Trusted Sites' under it; click it. Then click on the button that says 'Sites' (under the button its probably gonna say 'No sites are in this zone.' A box will open and go ahead and add www.pocketfives.com. Also make sure the little box down at the bottom is unchecked.
Good luck. -
Thanks, however I've already tried that. in that box you can type in a web site and select to always allow or deny that site. I put it in for always allow. F me.. Ow yeah, I have a dell E1705 and use windows xp. my girlfriend has two apple laptops and they wont access the site now either so maybe it's not something with my computer but my network bs. I tried reseting my wireless shit, unplugged everything for a half hour then plugged it back in. hit the reset switch on the modum and still nothing.

It just doesn't make a lot of sense that all websites work fine except for P5's. Just that alone tells me it cannot be a problem with your connection but some sort of security issue. Contact your ISP and tell them the problem. You're probably gonna have to be on the phone for an hour with some idiot but its really your only option at this point.
